My air-conditioned room was clean and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and a quaint little balcony perfect for sipping tea amidst the sounds of the street below. The staff, particularly the gentleman on the night shift, were exceptionally accommodating, catering to my every need. While the hotel boasts a certain historical allure, it’s far from polished, suggesting a need for minor repairs. Still, if you’re on the hunt for a budget-friendly stay rich in character, the Massimo may just offer the right balance for your next trip. Just keep expectations realistic, and you might find it a worthwhile choice.
